The staff are very gentle. The lobby smells very good. They lend us towels to get to the beach (very usefull). There is coffee maker in the bedroom (I love it so much). The location is terrific, in front of a big shopping mall, and a few meter from the beach.

The room was spacious, so was the en suite, walk in shower and separate toilet, large vanity with hairdryer, most importantly the bed was large and cosy! Nice pool although not massive, gym and games room catering for small people. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Short walk to the Beachfront, where you can relax all day, at the small cost of a drink on a sun lounger, the drink vendors are welcoming although most don’t speak English, you can get around this by showing what you want, unless you speak Portuguese.☺️

It's a Hotel for business travelers. So I was a bit alone and bored. Nothing to do. I was hoping to have some fun meeting people but there were not many people at the time. About the Hotel it self, it is a very classy and well administrated one.

Mostly everything. Excellent breakfast, hotel staff, location, restaurant and bar (bartender was able to meet our requests doing some special drinks! ask for the BiaAna), ar-conditioning was excellent,

This is my second time staying at this said hotel. All both times has been excellent. Wonderful staff that speak english. Excellent location as connected to the mall, restaurant -Outback right next door and has a supermarket across the road. Staff are very professional and always willing to help. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me once again. I'll be back soon 🙏🏾

Everything just worked out for us. We will be booking it again. Robson and Alina and all of the staff are great. I pray that keep up the standard and not diminish it. The ambiance is just excellent

The room was spacious and the furnishings were beautiful and modern. We were very comfortable and it felt very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very comfortable. The pool is nice , but not so big. The rooms are spacious and the bed is good. The AC works very well, the bathroom was great. The breakfast has delicious options, especially the sweets. There were a few options of salty food, could be a little more. You can ask for a omelette or taptioca (with toppings) and they will make it. Even though this is not stated anywhere.

The serenity and cleanliness was exceptional. We left Ibis because of hygiene issue so very happy to not have experience that at Sheraton. Everything was great - rooms, surrounding, the food, staff, and facility!
